Best Ivy League Movie Stars On Satellite Tv

in Satellite-tv
Young adults and children who become movie or satellite TV stars certainly are precocious. While they are still quite young and impressionable, they are suddenly thrown into a world that they do not understand, in which they are constantly surrounded by adults and become valued for what they can do for other people. They are brought to parties, and they are given access to sums of money that most early teenagers can never even dream of. Often, this can lead to trouble. Just look at the number of young stars who have gone a bad way after becoming famous too soon: River Phoenix, Lindsay Lohan, Drew Barrymore the list goes on. In some cases, like Barrymores, the star can recover and become a fully-functioning adult. In other cases, the result is death, like Phoenix who died at the age of 23 from an overdose of heroin and cocaine outside of a Los Angeles night club. Some of these young stars are still down in the trenches: what will become of Lohan, no one really knows.

But not all young stars instantly become screwed up. There are some faces that you will see on satellite TV as children that you will also see as adults. A lucky few have managed to make the transition, whether based on personal qualities, good parenting, or luck it is hard to say. But because they have reached a level of fame, they are often able to get into some of the countrys best schools, namely the Ivy League. Here are some of the most popular stars that you can find on satellite TV who have also attended Ivy League schools, whether Brown in Rhode Island or Yale in Connecticut.

1. Natalie Portman

Natalie Portman grew up in Hollywood, but she was always one of its most serious members. She graduated from Harvard University in 2003, and now is involved in various political causes, including veganism (translation: she does not eat any animal products, not even milk or eggs). She even started a line of vegan shoes, as it is often hard to find these items without a bit of leather.

2. Emma Watson

Watson became famous as a pre-teen by playing Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series. But now that the movies are finished, instead of going on the party circuit, she actually has chopped off all of her hair and enrolled at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. If you watch her make appearances on satellite TV talk shows, or read her interviews in magazines, it is clear that Watson has a good head on her shoulders. Only time will tell what she has to bring to the Hollywood world. Most bets say that she will become one of her generations finest actresses.

3. John Krasinski

OK, so John Krasinksi is not actually a child star. He did not become famous until his 20s, when the hit satellite TV show The Office first debuted. But fans of the show might be surprised to find that the goofy and laid-back Jim also attended Brown University in Rhode Island!
